Comments: I roasted the El Salvadoran Bourbon to a full city roast – about 25 minutes in the Zach & Dani’s roaster. The aroma of the freshly roasted beans was delicious – slightly caramelly with floral under-tones. The body and mouth-feel wasn’t too heavy, it wasn’t too light, it was just about right for a morning cup.
