Replacement Chamber
It’s so nice to be able to see the beans as they’re roasting. You can watch them go from green and dull to a deep, rich brown. That’s the nice thing about roasting in a glass chamber. The downside is that, well, it breaks. Though it is strong, sudden extreme temperature changes or dropping it down the stairs can cause the glass part of the chamber to crack. We would hate for you to have to go without your fresh roasted coffee simply because of the natural properties of glass so we are making this available at our cost. The replacement chamber is the whole unit, not just the glass. It includes the auger, handle, glass and all of the stainless steel nuts and bolts. It’s ready for you to stick on the roaster, load up with beans and roast more coffee. Consider buying two on the same order to save on shipping and handling.
Please note that it is normal for the bottom of the inside of the chamber to become slightly discolored after roasting. This should not negatively affect the flavor of your coffee in any way.
The roasting chamber is dish-washer safe. Please be sure to wash it slightly away from other dishes that may run in to it and crack it.
